We help you get to the soul of your wedding and discover how you want to communicate your story. We will work together to develop a one-of-a-kind experience for your guests, using our whole bag of tricks- florals and incredible decor, beautiful custom stationery, dramatic lighting and draping, delicious menu design, mixology and custom cocktails, after parties, and so much more!
We’ll then combine that with our top notch logistical skills to create a magnificent wedding weekend experience you’ll remember for a lifetime and your guests won’t soon forget.
Our concierge level planning services include:
- Complete event and guest experience planning, design, coordination and styling, from concept development and team acquisition through execution and production.
- Decor development including the overall look and feel of the day, using florals, lighting, linens, rentals, tablescaping, paper goods and other decor.
- Budget development, tracking and management.
- Wedding weekend activity planning and development.
- Guest management - invitation and RSVP management.

Wedding Day Management
This Moment Events is excited to provide Wedding Day Management (formerly known as month-of or day-of coordination) services! This service is perfect for those couples who are totally into this wedding planning thing and want to DIY the bulk of the planning, but realize that they can’t clone themselves for the day itself.
Wedding Day Management exists so you can relax during the tail end of your planning journey and on the big day, focus on the task at hand (ie. getting married and having a blast!) while we stay on top of logistics, coordinate vendors & tackle the wedding day details.
Here’s how it works.
First: We coordinate the details.
We get to work on your big day details at 12 weeks out. We'll meet three times, be there for your final venue walkthrough and to coordinate your rehearsal. Then on wedding day, we coordinate your entire day- the whole shebang! The TME team is onsite from the moment your first wedding pro arrives until after your last goodbyes tending to anything and everything you might need, as well as coordinating the heck out of your day.

To complete your Wedding Day Management Suite, you can choose from any of the following optional add-on services:
- Vendor recommendations for those not hired yet.

Comprehensive Wedding Day Management.
(Includes confirming and coordinating all vendors; creation of your day-of itinerary, including specific versions for your family and bridal party; distributing final payments & gratuities to all vendors; access to our wedding day emergency kit; distributing all bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, and other wedding flowers; setting up escort/place cards, favors, programs, menus & more; greeting and directing your guests to the festivities; lining up your wedding party for the processional and grand entrance; making sure everyone is ready for the formal photos; making sure you and your beloved have your favorite drink in hand at the reception; ensuring all musicians are prepared with proper pronunciations of names and all important songs; making sure you, your family and bridal party eat and enjoy cocktail hour; and ensuring you get exactly the kind of celebration you are looking for.)
