Your wedding is going to be as unique as you are. At least, that's our goal when we work with our couples. We firmly believe that your wedding is not a competition. It's a chance for you to celebrate finding your special someone, and promising to be with that person through thick and thin, from now until forever. What we do is help you get to that celebration with your why in full perspective, and with the knowledge that you're doing it your way, on your terms. 

Because your celebration will be one of a kind, your planning service will be as well. We don't do packages, every service we offer is custom built from the ground up. Our goal is for you to have the best time ever planning your celebration AND experiencing it, so you can hand off as much or as little as you need. Our clients tend to spend between $250-500 per person on their weddings with an average guest count of 150, but we are open to and available for weddings of all sizes.

Wedding Day Management

So you've been planning this day for what feels like for-ev-er... suddenly you're 3 months out and you have the realization that you can' clone yourself! That's where we come in. Wedding Day Management (formerly known as month-of or day-of coordination) is perfect for those couples who are totally into this wedding planning thing and want to DIY the bulk of the planning, but realize that they can’t be in two places at once on the wedding day itself. 
Wedding Day Management exists so you can relax during the tail end of your planning journey and on the big day, focus on the task at hand (ie. getting married and having a blast!) while we stay on top of logistics, coordinate vendors & tackle the wedding day details.

We coordinate the details.
We help assist you and your photographer during your photo sessions.
We make sure hair and makeup runs smoothly and on time.
We adjust your decor, making sure it's styled perfectly.
We run point with your vendor team so that you don't need to worry about any issues, mishaps or snafus.

We get to work on your big day details at 12 weeks out. We'll meet three times, be there for your final venue walkthrough and to coordinate your rehearsal. Then on wedding day, we coordinate your entire day- the whole shebang!  The TME team (one lead coordinator and two assistants) is onsite from the moment your big day begins until after your last goodbyes tending to anything and everything you might need, as well as coordinating the heck out of your day.

Our event design and styling services are designed for those couples who want to create a remarkable and soul-filled celebration experience for their friends and families. These couples want the expertise and creativity that a professional planner and event stylist can provide.  We are with you every step of the way.  You will be expertly matched with our top of the line team of decor professionals that match your style and budget to create a dream team that will expertly see your wedding through from concept to completion. 
We help you get to the soul of your wedding and discover how you want to communicate your story. We will work together to develop a one-of-a-kind experience for your guests, using our whole bag of tricks- florals and incredible decor, beautiful custom stationery, dramatic lighting and draping, delicious menu design, mixology and custom cocktails, after parties, and so much more! 
We’ll then combine that with our top notch logistical skills to create a magnificent wedding weekend experience you’ll remember for a lifetime and your guests won’t soon forget.
